Our exhibition guides, trained in the detailed presentation and introduction of the Esterházy Palace in Tata, by telling interesting stories, are here both to help you, and to enrich the time you spend here.


  • guided group tour every hour on the hour, Tuesday to Friday (in order of arrival, for groups of up to 30 people) – the first guided tour starts at 10 a.m., the last guided tour starts at 5 p.m.
  • individual visit with the help of a free downloadable visual guide application, continuously from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • individual visit with the help of a tablet guide provided by the palace – borrowing the tablet guide is 1000 HUF, of which 500 HUF can be used to purchase goods in the gift shop – the tablet guide can be borrowed at the ticket desk
  • individual visit with the help of a museum pedagogy booklet available free of charge at the ticket desk

  • providing a guided group tour at a pre-arranged time
  • providing a free Hungarian-language museum pedagogical worksheet for groups of students, with the help of which the knowledge acquired during the visit can be recorded in a playful way. (Please indicate your need for the worksheets when booking the guided tour, along with specifying the age range of the group.)

Fee for a guided tour in Hungarian: 10,000 HUF

Fee for a guided tour in a foreign language: 15,000 HUF


The duration of guided tours is 60 minutes.
